You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and no shows will be charged full price of the services you were scheduled for or your gift certificate will be voided. In order to cancel or reschedule, you must call 815-957-0123 and leave a cancelation voicemail if there is no answer, or you may email [email protected]. You may also cancel through MassageBook.com at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Cancelation through text is not an acceptable cancellation as the business phone number is a landline and does not receive text messages.
Late arrivals will loose equal minutes of time off their service or agree to pay $1.00 per minute late to get full service time if we are able to accommodate.
We try to stay on schedule, but occasionally our schedule runs behind. Please allow up to a half in your schedule to accommodate for this. If we are running less than 15 minutes behind, we will not call you, you may wait on the bench inside the door and we will serve you as soon as possible. If we are running more than 15 minutes behind, we will make every effort to call to inform you to come that many minutes later for your appointment. If we are running behind on our schedule for up to a half hour, you are still responsible to keep your appointment or pay for the no show according to policy. If we are running more than a half hour behind, you may have the option to keep your current appointment or reschedule with payment.
In order to reserve your appointment, your credit card must be saved on a secure Square profile and will only be charged upon receiving service or according to the 24 hour cancellation, reschedule and no show policy.
From time to time we offer discounted deals to new clients only through different venues. It is our policy that we only honor one discounted offer per person per lifetime. Once you receive a service, those discounts will not be accepted. We will honor only one promotional discount per service, discounts may not be combined. The only discounts accepted for current clients are referral discounts, birthday discounts and offerings during holidays for gift certificates to be given as a gift to another person. Only one discounted gift certificate per person per promotion and may not be combined with any other discounted offers. Gift certificates are meant to be given as a gift to another person only and are non refundable and non transferable. We no longer accept Groupons. Prepaid services are non refundable.
